Keynote Speaker: Dr. Francis de los Reyes
Dr. De Los Reyes is a a Professor of Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering and Associate Faculty of Microbiology at NC State University. He has published over 130 peer-reviewed papers on topics relating to water treatment, wastewater, and sanitation. His lab regularly collaborates with companies, universities, and government entities in Europe, Asia, and Sub-Saharan Africa.
